Do I need a medical background?
No. The ideal PainFree franchisee is an entrepreneur. You own and run the business; treatments are delivered by staff we help you hire and train, as your state's rules require.
How much does it cost?
A one-time franchise fee of $40,000 and a fixed equipment lease of $2,400 a month. Premises, build-out, staff and working capital vary by market; the full breakdown is in our Franchise Disclosure Document.
Do you take royalties or a percentage of revenue?
No. PainFree charges fixed fees only — never a percentage of your revenue.
What territory do I get?
An exclusive, defined territory. No other PainFree clinic will open inside it.
Which treatments does a PainFree clinic offer?
Three lines — chronic pain treatment and rehabilitation, men's sexual health and women's urinary incontinence — using electromagnetic pulses, shockwave and additional methods.
How much can I earn?
